Sizes range from
Small- anything below about a 29 inch waist
Medium - 30-34 inch waist 
Large - 35+ inch waist

This is just a general guide. Lingerie sizes are all over the place, as women's bodies are varied. What may be a small on one woman is a medium on another. We can always pin pieces, and it is OK if the lingerie is a little on the small side, particularly with bodysuits, as that gives you a little "lift".
